About Serendipity

Serendipity was placed with Bluebonnet when her owner was investigated for neglect. Serendipity placed 2nd in the 12 and under in hand division of the Rescue Horse Training Challenge at the 2019 Bluebonnet Horse Expo and met her adopter at the event. Congratulations Serendipity!

Evaluation and Training

When Serendipity arrived, she was hard to catch and load. Her current foster home is working with her on those skills! She stands for farrier work, vet work, and grooming. She knows how to longe. Her current foster home is a young girl who is working with her to teach her to navigate obstacles in hand, and Serendipity seems to be responding well to having a child handler. She's not yet broke to ride, but she's not too old to train to ride or drive.
