About Regal
Regal came to BEHS from a neglect case. He was severely emaciated and weak. He moved into a foster home who began care, but he struggled with choke and hind end weakness. After only a few short weeks, we lost Regal. During his short stay in BEHS, his foster home made him happy and loved. He was fostered at a lesson barn where many adults and children took the time to pet him, love him, and make his life comfortable. Everyone who met Regal will miss him.
