About Cooper

Cooper was removed from his owners by law enforcement due to his neglected condition. He was later placed with BEHS by the law enforcement officers who had removed him. Cooper attended the 2014 Bluebonnet Horse Expo and was adopted at the event!

Evaluation and Training

Cooper is a gentle guy and easy to handle on the ground. He was started under saddle in the summer of 2014 and handled it well. His foster home has been working with him in an arena and out on the trail, and he's doing great. He's still very green but will make a nice trail, pleasure, ranch, or even open show horse with additional training.
