About General
General is an older gelding - but no one has told him he's nearly 30! He was picked up from a negligent owner and was near death when he arrived at the rescue. His foster mom helped him gain weight. Once he was healthy, she discovered he was a nice riding horse. Although some people are leery of adopting a horse in his late 20s, General's adopter decided to take a chance on him and we're sure she won't be disappointed. Congrats to General and Carol!
