About Halcyon

Halcyon was discovered by law enforcement on a property where three horses had already died of apparent starvation. She and the other remaining horse were signed over to Bluebonnet.

Evaluation and Training

Halcyon is excellent to lead, load, and handle. She stands tied for fly spraying, grooming, and hoof trimming. She gets along well with other horses, and she’s a nice horse to have around. Unfortunately due to a back injury she sustained before coming to Bluebonnet, she is not available for riding. She would make an excellent pet or companion!
